1. When is the wedding?

2. Where is it held?

3. How long does it take to get there?

1.5 hours from Sungai Besi or Ayer Keroh toll. Please allow yourselves 2 hours of traveling time. Please be seated at 5.45pm.

4. What airport should I fly into?

Fly into KUL. From KUL (KLIA International Airport), it is an hour cab ride to Port Dickson or an hour and a half cab ride to Melaka. It takes 19-23 hours of flying time from WAS.

5. How can I RSVP?

You can register online for individual events on our RSVP page OR you can send an e-mail to talk@jeanettesung.com and state which event you are RSVP-ing for (Beach Ceremony, Tea Ceremony, or Melaka Dinner) and how many will be attending. Please also leave your contact information.

6. What are your wedding colors?

Our colors are: powder blue, baby blue, light green, periwinkle, brown, yellow gold

7. What is the dress code?

Semi-casual. The ceremony is on the beach! Wear something light and airy and pack your flip flops!

Venue: Avillion Port Dickson, just before the becah wedding ceremony
Please be on time because we will need to leave at 4.00pm to get dressed.

12. When is your US reception?

Oct or Nov 2010. We don’t have a date yet but we’ll keep you updated!

13. Where are you going for your honeymoon?

The honeymoon is a secret for now until it is confirmed. :-)
However, we will be taking a pre-honeymoon trip with our immediate family to Perhentian Island for 5 days.

14. Where will you live after you get married?

We will live in the U.S. until Jeanette earns permanent residency. After which, we hope to return to Malaysia!

15. How did you meet?

John’s family has hosted Jessica, my friend, a Malaysian exchange student in the summer of ‘05. I was traveling in the US and visited Jess to attend her highschool graduation and stayed with the Pucketts for a week. ;-) Read more here…
