I am a teacher. I teach English and Music primarily. I would like to eventually train English teachers to be sent out to foreign countries. I also do Children's Church & Bible Studies. I love to teach & learn.
I am a photographer. View my gallery here. I love making memories for myself and others. I also do other little artsy projects for my church, or for others upon request. I want to paint someday...
The little Pehs are so grown up! I remember them all as babies! They are all so different but yet all possess distinct “Lai” traits. hahaha especially the acting skills, the ‘hehe haha’ and the “hello!”, always starting the sentence with “no…”. We did so much together when they were younger. I tried to homeschool them while their mom was in confinement. The keyword here is tried. It was fun living with them and I will miss hanging out with them when I move. I hope you girls come to visit!!! Love you all.
ps. These awesome girls are crafting / creating / designing a dessert buffet at my wedding. Look out for it! xoxo
Oldest to youngest~ Niss, Rie, Trayse, Van
I made my first photobook and I think I am addicted!!! It kind of marks my last Chinese New Year before getting married and it also worked because all the overseas family came home this year so I got EVERYONE in the album. And you know how I like things to be complete. ;-) I made it so that I when I move to the US, I’ll be able to show everyone my FAMILY! They are all my photos except for 2 which are from Amels! :-)

To view all the pages in the album, click on the album below. ;-)
I got fitted for my dress on March 1st! It’ll be ready soon! Here’s Stephanie measuring me for my dress! I can’t wait to see it made. Which do you think is my dress? haha Of course it’s not posted online! It’s not even made yet. ;-) Suz was so kind to drive me there and take photos. :-) Right after this we walked around for 5+ hours in KL looking for Indian Silk!
My cousin Ben got married on the 4th of July, 2009! He’s only the 3rd cousin to get married on my Dad’s side. They seem to wait a long time before getting married. Everyone says I will be next… but who knows. ;-) I sure can’t wait to be married!
Ben and Melissa are a really sweet couple and I enjoyed tagging along on their ROM portrait session and shooting a little at their wedding too! Here are some photos from the tea ceremony and the wedding dinner.
We have Bible Study every Sunday, 5.00-6.30pm at the Malim Primary School. I lead a group of girls in studying God’s Word together. I really enjoy learning with them and hearing how God is working in their lives!
Every week we choose a color or theme to wear! I’ll try and find my collection of photos and add them here. It’s been a good year!
LuckyDo you hear me,
I’m talking to you
Across the water across the deep blue ocean
Under the open sky oh my, baby I’m trying
Boy I hear you in my dreams
I feel your whisper across the sea
I keep you with me in my heart
You make it easier when life gets hard
I’m lucky I’m in love with my best friend
Lucky to have been where I have been
Lucky to be coming home again
Oooohhhhoohhhhohhooohhooohhooohoooh
They don’t know how long it takes
Waiting for a love like this
Every time we say goodbye
I wish we had one more kiss
I’ll wait for you I promise you, I will
I’m lucky I’m in love with my best friend
Lucky to have been where I have been
Lucky to be coming home again
I’m lucky we’re in love in every way
Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed
Lucky to be coming home someday
And so I’m sailing through the sea
To an island where we’ll meet
You’ll hear the music, feel the air
I’ll put a flower in your hair
Though the breezes through trees
Move so pretty you’re all I see
As the world keeps spinning round
You hold me right here right now
I’m lucky I’m in love with my best friend
Lucky to have been where I have been
Lucky to be coming home again
I’m lucky we’re in love in every way
Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed
Lucky to be coming home someday
Ooohh ooooh oooh oooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooooh ooooh oooh oooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
